DO YOU DECORATE APARTMENT DOORS?

Yes. Apartment and townhome entrances are one of our specialties. We use renter-friendly installation methods whenever possible. Customers are responsible for obtaining property-management approval when required.

CAN YOU USE MY EXISTING LIGHTS AND DECORATIONS?

Yes, provided the decorations are safe, functional, outdoor-rated when necessary, and suitable for the requested installation. We will inspect customer-owned materials before installing them.

CAN YOU PROVIDE THE LIGHTS AND DECORATIONS?

Removal can be included in your package. Takedown appointments are generally scheduled after the holiday season according to weather and route availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A LIGHT STOPS WORKING?

If Jones Co Holiday Lights supplied and installed the lighting, contact us and we will determine whether the issue is covered by your service package. Customer-owned lights may require an additional service charge or replacement materials.

DO YOU INSTALL LIGHTS ON TALL OR STEEP ROOFS?

Every property must be evaluated for safe access. We may decline or modify an installation when roof pitch, height, weather, surface condition, electrical access, or another condition creates an unacceptable risk.

HOW MUCH DOES INSTALLATION COST?

Apartment-door packages begin at approximately $75. Full exterior installations require an estimate because prices depend on property size, installation height, design complexity, materials, and electrical access.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your installation date and purchase or prepare materials. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms shown on your estimate.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Holiday installation dates are limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-scheduled basis.

DO YOU MAKE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS?

No. Jones Co Holiday Lights installs approved lighting and decorations but does not repair outlets, wiring, electrical panels, or other electrical systems. A licensed electrician may be required if an electrical problem is discovered.

DO YOU INSTALL PERMANENT LIGHTS?

Permanent-lighting consultations are available. The final scope depends on the lighting system, structure, electrical requirements, access, and any applicable property or permit requirements.
